COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rhyme & Reason, Extra Pale Ale American style pale ale. The flavour and aroma of Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops prevail without excessive bitterness for maximum drinkability. Malt sweetness of Pale Ale, Crystal Carafoam and Wheat Flakes in the background complements the hops for a crisp finish. 5.7 ABV 55 IBUs (Bottles and Draft)

Awesome craft beer! Finally a craft beer with flavor, body and a lasting impression. I will hunt and search for this beer. Once definitely wasnít enough. Awesome citrus, grapefruit pith, with a mild piney note. Medium bodied. Fantastic with spiced dishes! Go get it!

OK straight to the point "Job Well Done" Saw this @ the LCBO, the packaging made it stand out, very well done. Love at first sip, hoppy, citrus (grapefruit) very drinkable, so smooth. A mid amber colour filtered for sure, nice sturdy head. I am a sucker for IPAís this "pale" version is very nice Collective Arts , more beers please.

Bottle. Pour is very light copper with a little bit of cloudiness, fluffy white head, clumpy islands of lace. Nose is very tropical, citrus, everything you could want from the style. Caramel malt as well. Tastes sweet, caramel malt, citrus bitter. Great beer.

bottle. Poured medium amber with a rocky off-white head. Full floral hop aroma. Full body with a creamy texture and finishes tart and bitter. Flavour is all hops, grapefruit citrus and peppery notes with an earthy quality.

Pours a semi-translucent amber. White head with moderate lacing.Aromas of orange, and light pine. Even a bit of butterscotch. Light refreshing mouth feel. Citrus up front with hints of malt on the finish. Some definite sweetness going on in the mix. Some orange peel creeping in there.Billed as an extra pale ale, this would satisfy IPA fans. Great mix of flavor and drinkability. Most sessionable beer Iíve had in a while.

HopsandBolts (113) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 17, 2014
Appearance: Pours a clouldy amber colour with about two fingers of head that linger for a couple of minutes. Aromas: Pine, hops, straw. Flavours: Pine tar, hops, grapefruit and lemon citrus flavours. Mouthfeel: Thick mouthfeel with a lingering finish. Overall: A truly excellent pale ale. This ranks up there with the best of them. The hop aromas and flavours are very pronounced but not overwhelming
