Bottle. Slightly cloudy bronze appearance. Strange aroma upon
opening.. Poured with a small head and was pretty flat. Nice modern label which was more interesting than the beer.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Amber. Nice head. Nice bottle design too. Simple, bold, eleganted. A bit like Damian Lewis, the ginger actor or ’jacktor’; I love wordplay. Pleasant slooshy beer. Flavour of wholemeal toast scratched with honey - Oliver Reed/Castaway reference there, for the eagle-eyed amongst you (no one). X.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20 tommann (2029) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - FEB 20, 2013
500ml bottle. Pours dark amber with a large head. Aroma is bread, sour dried fruits and some poo. Quite faint. Taste has caramel, bread and dried fruits. Not offensive, just quite a lack of flavour.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 AshtonMcCobb (1490) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 20, 2012
50cl bottle, thanks to unstablefable. Pours cloudy or rather muddy brown. The nose has honey nut, soggy cornflakes. The taste has more of the cornfakes but with much more hops - gives a grassy/herby finish. The palate has a light to medium body with a simlar texture and a clean long finish. Overall, better than the sum of its parts.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 suprchunk (1447) - Heinsberg, GERMANY - DEC 4, 2011
Crystal clear amber colored pour underneath a sizable white head that is slow to recede and leaves plenty of lacing behind. Smells of creamed corn and malt. Tastes the same, but with an out of place bitterness. A twang. Dry and not very malty. Simple, yet not elegant. Not the best example of a Vienna.

bottle, Rehills, Ncl. Bready sweet aroma, with toasted sweet malt flavours. Has a fine fruity palate, with the faintest chalky hints and more pleasant bread notes in the finish. Mid brown amber colour, this is an easy drinking, tasty brew.

Bottle from Peter’s RBSG. Yellow brown pour with standard white head. Aroma is light of rice wine and caramel malt. Flavor wise the caramel malt is primary. Background notes of rice and a slight white vinegar kick. Crisp finish with little flavor staying around for long. Distinctly average.

Bottle. A light amber colour with a high light tanned head. Not that long lasting. Fruity, spicy and a little sweet aroma and taste. A medium body.
