Bottle. Cloudy golden brown with a large foam. Aromas are grain and wheat eith tangerine and white grape. Yeasty with floral notes and mellow pine needle. Woody with spices and traces of banana. Flavours are sweet cereal with wheat and bready yeast. Peppery with grapefruit bitterness and clean whote grape skin. Herbal with some leafiness. Dry and pithy on the palate. Pretty good.

How: Bottle. Appearance: Hazy golden colour with medium long lasting white head. Aroma: light notes of citrus, herbs, floral elements. Taste: <b/> light sweet, light to medium bitter. Palate: light to medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Overall: Light aromas, gentle taste, genarly more for people who do not prefer strong and intensive IPA’s.

I get a new country tick for South Africa for a beer brewed in Bavaria? How convenient. Anyways. Murky dark yellow body, white head. Decent aroma of citrus and malts. Taste is bitter at first, then becomes milder, with lager-like cardboard notes. No aftertaste to speak of. Not offensive, but not really good either. I guess it IS more of a session IPA to be honest.

Bid odd this. Nice enough fruit content, but instead of a hoppy bitter backbone there are some herby flavours that don’t quite fit. Body is on the light side.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Wasn’t supposed to be having a beer tonight, but 9 hours with Lewis has kicked that idea’s head in. Anyway, it’s hazy bronze. Decent covering of sticky, white head. Aroma has sickly sweet malt. Bubblegum. Twigs. Faintest whiff of hop. It’s not bad, it’s just not IPA. Taste is mostly sweet, with a fairly nasty, acrid bitterness behind. Palate is a bit slippy. Finishes with more of that unpleasant bitterness. The last beer from this lot, I really enjoyed, but this is nonsense. At least I got it from Dave though, so it was cheap.

bottle, kindly donated by pivnizub! Hazy deep golden, mid-sized head. Malty start with a lot of fragrant and aromatic hops tuning in at once. Citrus fruit, mainly grapefruit and a touch of orange, shy piney touch. Smooth and velvety, easy to drink.

(bottle) Slightly hazy, deep golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Discreet aroma of slightly dusty and grainy malt with delicately fruity hops. Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly bready malt character with a whiff of caramel, accompanied by mildly juicy fruity hops in the background, including notes of citrus and grapefruit; dry and mildly bitter and fruity hoppy finish with a delicately sweet malty backbone. Disappointing as an IPA, rather mediocre as an APA. 07.IV.15

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, small and stable creamy off-white head; mild to moderate piney to fruity nose; mild sweet-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied; slightly lingering dryish , still delicate, bitter-piney finish. True: an all-day IPA, pretty tame…
