Delicate, smooth and creamy, our wheat beer is a true and traditional unfiltered Bavarian weiss. Our signature yeast is gloriously expressed in intriguing aromas of vanilla and clove. Liquid velvet... 8 week brewing time. Wheat, barley, yeast, hops and water. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Pours a murky deep orange with white head. Aroma is banana, spice, lemon and some Belgian funk. Round palate with spritzy carbonation. Aftertaste is banana, lemon, some funk, some noble hops and lingering lemon juice. Overall: Nice. Too spritzy carbonation.

Bottle from Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Very hazy gold. Thin, sticky, lasting, white head. Banana, clove, bubblegum. All of that. Creamy palate. Dry, lightly spicy finish. Surprised at the low ratings below.

Bottle from Wholefoods Kensington, London. It’s unfiltered so it looks nice and cloudy amber in the glass with a big bubbly white foam head. The nose is a little unexpected. It has some estery banana, caramel, citrous lemon, but it’s very yeasty. Has a crisp yeasty slightly funky aroma. Almost a saison like Brett yeast character, bit of burnt rubber. Taste is a little light. Some straw and grass, yeasty, crisp and slight burnt rubber, eggy, citrous lemon.

Last Night at The Penguin, 29/08/13. 500ml bottle. Dark peachy orange capped with white. Nose of banana candy, parsley, red apple peel and insect-repelling candles. Slick and slightly cardboard-accented but with respectable quantities of banana pepper and estery spice. Dab of sour. Bajan flashbacks: sarsaparilla, mauby, sorrel? Whatever. Better than some of their other beers.
