Delicate, smooth and creamy, our wheat beer is a true and traditional unfiltered Bavarian weiss. Our signature yeast is gloriously expressed in intriguing aromas of vanilla and clove. Liquid velvet... 8 week brewing time. Wheat, barley, yeast, hops and water. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Bottle. A dense, white head of two-finger size sits on top of a hazy golden-orange body. The aroma has bubble gum, banana, cloves and a touch of grass. Orange notes too. It’s full to medium bodied and quite effervescent, semi-sweet. Bubble gum, banana, some cloves and bitterness in the flavor, lasting for some time. Sure decent, but too much on the bubble gum side I think. 140927

Pours a murky deep orange with white head. Aroma is banana, spice, lemon and some Belgian funk. Round palate with spritzy carbonation. Aftertaste is banana, lemon, some funk, some noble hops and lingering lemon juice. Overall: Nice. Too spritzy carbonation.

Bottle from Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Very hazy gold. Thin, sticky, lasting, white head. Banana, clove, bubblegum. All of that. Creamy palate. Dry, lightly spicy finish. Surprised at the low ratings below.
