COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Delicate, smooth and creamy, our wheat beer is a true and traditional unfiltered Bavarian weiss. Our signature yeast is gloriously expressed in intriguing aromas of vanilla and clove. Liquid velvet... 8 week brewing time. Wheat, barley, yeast, hops and water. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Beautiful clear amber with big head. Full carbonation. Hoppy nose and grassy hoppy flavours. Good drinking although not a typical weiss

Nett.

McTapps (5349) - Ruhrcity, GERMANY - MAR 31, 2015
Bottle from Dilo in Bochum. The beer has got a cloudy golden colour with a steady head and medium body. Aroma of mild yeast, wheat and flowers. Little bit Belgian. Taste of fresh bread, mild wheat, cake, flowers, mild fruits. Flowery, mild and little bit spicy finish. Better than many standard Hefeweizens (probably because it doesn’t really taste like one).

From bottle in Jo’burg 11.03.15. Slightly hazy golden. Persistent and even white head. Standard weissbier aroma and taste, with banana and coriander.

500ml bottle from Great Grog. Pours hazy amber gold, thin white head. Big cooked banana and clove aromas, sweet malt. Taste is sweety, more banana and heavy in the clove. Nicely balanced finish, if a bit thin.

Bottled 500ml. -at Samo Pivo Beograd. Cloudy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, typical weizen nose. Acidic wheaty, moderate yeasty and fruity with notes of caramel and spices. Refreshing but pretty ordinary.

0,50 bottle purchased and consumed in Belgrade-Serbia. Pours orange cloudy color, with a "dirty" white medium foam. Nose: hidden Brett, Pilsner milled grains, vanilla and banana. Mouth: medium carbonation, non fermented beer must, again grains. The mouth totally mirrors the nose, a bit too weak but well-done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Decent german hefe. Bit boring, cause I cant place it above or below other standard german hefes. Wheaty -yeasty profile with notes of fruitiness, banana, quite spicy. I like carbonation level in this one. Well balanced, mostly moderate sweet with light notes of sourness. As it states, its more creamy than standard. Drinkable

Unfiltered and unpasteurised, quite natural, extremely nice appearance, cloudy full yellow, almost fluorescent. Nice head. Not so bad Weizen from Cape Town, South Africa.
