2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Mother-in-law sent this to me.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a glossy orange color with a slight transparency about it allowing a fair carbonation to be seen rising at a decent pace. One finger white foamy and bubbly white head dissipated within less than twenty seconds.
The aroma had a soft sugary blueberry sweet smell.
The taste was basically the same.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body. This was fairly sessionable. The carbonation was decent for the style and for me.
Overall, seemed to be just another blueberry ale. Nice to try, thanks again mom-in-law.

Like drinking a blueberry pop-tart. Novel, I guess, but hard to imagine drinking much of it.

Nice, refreshing, I had this this about a year ago but didn’t remember it. Blueberry, vanilla, some lemon are subtle, pleasant. Creamy mouthfeel. Not generally my type of beer but I would have this again. From a bottle into a chilled wheat-beer style glass.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle; orange amber in color with a average looking white head. Aroma of blueberries, fizzy candy, and sugar. Flavor had a vanilla note that softened the sweetness and sugar. For a fruit beer, this was quite good

12oz twist off cap bottle pours with a clear copper body that has golden hues and supports a weak micro thin off white head. The aroma offers up plenty of blueberry fruit notes sweetened up with vanilla. The taste is the same with some blueberry fruitiness blended with sweet vanilla and somehow this doesn’t get overly sweet for me as there’s a bit of a smooth mildly drying tartness that fits right in there. Not entirely bad actually. If I was in the mood for a light weight fruity beer (not sure this will ever happen) this might be a good call.

Phoenix bottle. Overall not bad. I’m honestly not sure how well the wheat, vanilla and blueberries mixed together. The blueberries and vanilla are pretty strong in the aroma and flavor to the point of pretty much over powering anything else in the beer. Kinda reminded me of a breakfast muffin. Fine.

Fruity pebbles! Unclear orange yellow. Minimal head. Blueberry, vanilla, wheat and a bit of spice. Light to medium body. Low carbonation. Candy beer.. Really comes together though. Impressively executed

Draft. Poured clear amber color and an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate sweet blueberry aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium fruitt sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Refreshing fruit beer.
