Mysterious, maybe new bottle? ’1970’ on the logo, set of three that I saw at the shop and that the bottleneck label says (Bionda, Ambrata and Rossa). Cidery red-amber pour with lingering amber foam head. Unfiltered, heavy yeast and hazed. Grainy malt-yeast aroma, sweet cinnamon and clove. Juicy, apple and cider, something darker red, grape? Some hop bite but mostly yeasty cream. Sourish and tasty, could be a bit sharper all around. Nice beer.
