Bottle from Enoteca Squillari, Genoa. Hazy gold beer, good bubbly white head. Light dry palate, semi crisp with fine carbonation. Sweetish pale malt, trace of honey. Nice citrus - tangy orange and lemon. Subtle pear esters. Dry minerally finish. Hides the abv well. Very drinkable.

750ml bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a ton of suspended yeast. Very yeasty on the nose with tons of spice and stone fruit. There’s a boozy edge in there too. Stone fruit dominates the tastes with some spice and dough. It’s slightly sweet with a medium body and lively carbonation.

500ml Bottle: Aroma of malt, light herbs, and a hint of citrus. Poured yellow/gold in cold with a large, creamy, dense, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of huge and tiny particles throughout. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of malt, grain, and slight biscuit. Medium body. Oily, then slightly dry texture. Average to lively carbonation. Malt, grain finish. 9%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

White creamy full lasting head. Cloudy honey colour. Aroma is moderately malty with citrusy, floral and fruity (apricots, pears) notes. Flavor is moderately malty with floral and fruity (ripe apricots, peaches) tones, ending in a (too?) sweet fruity finish. Medium bodied.

The Belgian ale pours lemon cloudy and thick with a big beautiful bubbly white head. The aroma is like a fresh spring morning with light fresh fruits (yellow as on the label is stated) and light herb notes. The flavors of light fruits, apricots and peaches as labeled, are subtly noted on this delicious refreshing ale. The light flavors of a Belgian Tripel or Strong ale come through so smooth on the palate, well done Italy, in my personal opinion.
