Bottle. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Sweet fruity nose with some yeast. Rich body of sweet malts and fruit with quite some coriander. Yeasty but not overly so. Warming alcohol finish. Like a beefed up Wit. 110512

Bottled@Vinoteca del Piemonte, Tampere. Hazy golden colour with a big foamy/fluffy slightly off-white head. Aroma is honey, fruits, sweet malts, mild alcohol and some birch sap like notes. Flavour is quite similar with some wooden and mild acidic notes. Also some slight spicy notes once it warms up a bit.

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head and floaties. Yeast, baking powder, grain and mild vanilla. Some alcohol. Sweet.

Cloudy pale blond color. Mild aroma of spices, anise. Sweetish flavor, with light anise spiciness and correct bitterness. At least this one is not evidently flawed like most of the other Collesi beers.

Bottle. Mild citric aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. No head. The flavour is spicy with clove and lemon. Some white sugar. OK baking yeast.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, fruits and hops. Medium sweet and medium bodied.

Bottle, 75cl. It’s a lighlty unclear one, pale golden in color and with lots of microfloaties. Small white head. Pale malts, a touch of yeast and some fruityness in the aroma. A bit boring. The flavor is a bit more interesting. Pale malts, fruityness, green apples, a spiced touch and some alcohol. Not much warmth, full-bodied and quite nicely carbonated. Soft on the palate, with a little bitterness showing up towards the end. A decent one, but a tad boring. 130216
