500ml bottle. Courtesy of 2D2Dspuma.
In short: a too sweet dark ale
Pours cloudy dark brown with nice creamy tan head. Some gushing. Good head retention and some lacing. Medium body, crispy texture, high carbonation. Taste is sweet, caramel, liquorice, plums, raisins. Almost cloying. Sweet aftertaste.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Un tantino leggera, ma come stout fa il suo dovere. Nel gusto si percepiscono note di malti tostati, una leggera torrefazione e un ancora più leggero sentore di cioccolato. Il carattere è prevalentemente dolce, con un che di speziato. Discreta.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Picked up a bottle on the recommendation of a guy at a liquor store that did not know too much about beer, but he said he really enjoyed this one. Its not too bad. Dark brown pour with a tan head - almost too light to be a stout? Silly Italians. Lots of carbonation. Caramel / toffee nose. Smooth and easy to drink with lots of subtle notes coming through but the malt is quite prominent.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
BB 2015, 500 ml bottle. Pours very dark brown almost black with lighter tan head. The head stays for a long time. Aroma: caramel, cream, metallic, hops. Taste: sour, watery, caramel, light bitterness, a little bit creamy. Finish is sour with hints of sweetness. Lively carbonation. Overall: good beer, taste is rather nice caramel and it really hides alcohol (8%) very well without the bitterness.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Darkest brown pour, almost black. Over-carbonated. Nose is light vanilla, dark cherry, plum, and light roasted malt. Flavor is faint chocolate/roasted malt with a predominant dark fruit and semi-sweet cherry. Carbonation takes away from body somewhat. Fairly smooth, but not overly stout-like.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Collesi Nera has a medium, cream colored head (which fizzes right away, no lacing, and a murky, deep brown appearance, with some bubbles streams a lots of tiny tan specs suspended throughout. The aroma is of rich, sweet, turned fruit, barley malt, candi sugar, and vegetable matter. Taste is of sweet, somewhat chocolatey malt, a touch of licorice, vegetable matter, bread yeast, and a number of rather strange, unidentifiable things. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy and slick, and Collesi Nera finishes semi-dry, easy drinking, and unusual. One detects the alcohol warmth in the chest and head, but not in the flavor. Overall, this is flavorful and interesting. RJT

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a dark, basically black color with a big thick tan head and some lacing on the glass.
The aroma seems to have some sort of lactic thing going on initially, which sort of fades... but never completely. It’s nutty and fruity with a mild roasty character.
The flavor is really kind of unbalanced, it displays a pretty grainy/ashy bitterness & does so without much in the way of complimentary flavors to allow a character like that to work in a beer. It has that lactic twang that was promised by the aroma. It’s certainly got some licorice and very mild chocolate notes, but it’s not got a lot in the way of flavor cohesion.
It really reminds me much more of one of those oddball export stouts than anything. If it’s in fact trying to be a sweet stout in any capacity it’s certainly way off mark there. I’m guessing they were not in fact going for "sweet stout" in any of the sort of Anglo traditions.
In the end I kind of like it, but it’s still weird and kind of messy,

Deep amber color with a foamy tan head. Sweet brown sugar nose. Very lively on the tongue. Brown sugar sweet with some toasted bread and nutty notes. Not really a stout....

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a no visible carbonation hazy dark brown colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was brown malt. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of brown malt and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.
