Bottle 75cl. @ IT blindtasting. [ Bottle #17. ]

Clear medium to dark red brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light roasted, nutty notes, berry notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100612]

Bottled. An unclear dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and alcohol. The flavor has strong notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, and phenols, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is yeasty and mild vegetable. Caramelish and yeasty. Slight phenolic and malty. Ends medium dry.

Bottle 5o cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a cloudy and opaque brown with a beige head leaving a little lacework. Overripe fruit and some Belgian yeast in the nose. Solid body, sweet overripe dark fruits and brown sugar - a metallic touch also. Yeasty and slightly phenollic. Warming alcohol finish. 100910

Bottled@blindtasting at fonefan. Ambery red colour, not much head. Aroma is liquorice, caramel, fruits and some mild wooden note. Flavour is liquorice, fruits, wood and some spices.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Cloudy amber, small head. Mild perfumy nose. Mid sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Pears and raisins, some dough. A malt character with depth. A laid back, pleasant ale.

Bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Clear red brown coloured with a small beige head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel with notes of dried fruits. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel with notes of dried fruits. Sweet finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some spicy hints in the aftertaste.

Cloudy red amber color; poor head. Light aroma of caramel and chocolate. Good body strength, caramel flavor with a hint of mild chocolate, but unfortunately some yeast and vegetables like all Collesi beers.
