COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our insignia home-made beer developed using selected black malts (Munich 10, Munich 20), Caramel, and chocolate, which gives to it, its exquisite toasted flavor. Its recipe is originally from the Newcastle region in the U. K. It is not bitter, has a delicious aroma, dark brown color. It isn't heavy and it contains 5° of alcohol.

A little nutty aroma. Red color. Also has a little nutty flavor to it. Wrote at the time that this seemed like a brown ale to me and it is! Pretty good.

Bottle from grocery store in Bogota’s Zona T. Pours a clear brown color with a lasting tan head of fine bubbles. Big toasted aroma. Medium body, full mouthfeel. Mild dark malt flavor with a balance between sweet and dry. Malt dominates flavor balance, with a dry, clean finish. Nice job.

Poured clear brown with a off white, smallish head. Light in carbonation, some dark malt flavor and little hoppiness. Not bad, but not good.

Bottle: Full bodied, complex character, porter-stout-like. Chocolate, smoked and nicely malted. Very good.

A reddish copper ale with a thin creamy off white head. Light caramel and malts in aroma. In mouth, very watery, with watered down malts, some light caramel, very disappointing. On tap at Palos de Moguer on Avenida 82, Bogota, December 2007.

(Draught) Pours a chestnut brown body with a beige head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, and caramel. Flavor of malt, cola, and is a little flat.

This beer has a strong flavor, nice aroma and crown, good after taste.

Draught at the brewpub
Light amber color. Light aroma, sugars. Dry mouthfeel, the ordinary nuts and caramel flavors; poor. Sadly, there is nothing else to say.
