COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Aroma is wet bread, cereals, some honey, some citrus with not too much hops and a little of banana here and there. Appearance is your yellow dark, cloudy, not really clean, more like drunken’ guy piss. Very sparkling though (feels like carbonated water) which is not good IMO and a oily texture almost. Finish is close-borderline astringent. Overall, this is a very bof beer. In Brazil, when it comes to hefe-weizen, stay with Eisenbahn (way much better and way more faithfull to the style). This is just bof. Bof. Bof. Again ? Bof.

Aromas of honey, sweet grain, some banana. Slightly hazy, the color of quince paste, with a lasting foamy white ring of head foam. Quite dry and bitter initially, bread crust, with fruity and floral aromatic flavors following. Light-medium bodied with an abrupty crisp finish, afterwards nuanced by notes of fragrant floral honey.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 600ml bottle served in a pokal glass. A: Pours a hazy orange color forming a medium aired bubbled head. Medium retention and some lacings left S: Sweet on the nose. Sweet malts, wheat and honey, basically T: Follows the nose. Sweet upfront. Sweet malts and wheat. Strong notes of honey. Pleasant beer. Very mild bitterness by the style. Not a classic German Weissbier. A more "American style" wheat beer, IMHO M: Light to medium body. Good carbonation. Sweet and malty aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Really easy-drinking. One of the best Brazilian breweries [ BA Review @ 8/2/2012 ]
