3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear with a faint straw hue. Aroma has a lot of pear flesh, not much apple (though maybe a touch of Gala). Flavor is fleshy with pear and something like grape skin taking the lead. Finishes semi-dry with a little apple and champagne yeast tones.

1.1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Bottle. Head is initially very small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is very light yellow (almost colorless). Aroma is notes of rubber, paint thinner, ammonia, hint of apple skin. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter, unclean. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Another phenolic and fusel drain pour (by far the worst product yet) from this struggling company. Hardly any fruit odor, just chemicals. I really can’t even imagine how anyone would bottle and sell this, as it’s so obviously a ruined batch. The marketing comments on the label are especially unfortunate (stuff about being fussy and having attention to detail).
