COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Esta cerveja de sabor robusto e nome complicado é uma homenagem da Colorado aos antigos estilos de cerveja há muito esquecidos por conta da massificação dos meios de produção e dos padrões de consumo de nossa época. Nossa receita é baseada numa antiga receita inglesa de cerveja, que nos tempos do Império Britânico era enviada a Índia para consumo e deleite dos seus cidadões e soldados expatriados. O imenso amargor e o alto teor alcoólico desta bebida favoreciam a sua conservação durante a longa viagem marítima entre a Inglaterra e a Índia. Nossa IPA mereceu do maior crítico inglês de bebidas malteadas Sir Michael Jackson (homônimo do cantor) três estrelas no seu Pocket Beer Guide conhecido como o Guia Michelin das cervejas.

Amargor presente durante todo o gole, honrando o nome de uma boa IPA. Além disso, um aroma marcante de malte, caramelo e um pouco de melado.Seu corpo é médio-leve, textura aguada, boa carbonatação e final de sensação metálica.

Cerveja com aroma incrivel, fiel ao estilo... Amargor gostoso, nao é exagerado tendo em vista o estilo. Mas o que agradou foi o aroma, marcante devido o dry hop! Cheers

RBHD tassting. Thanks to the flying eagle, Olav for this one. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is strong fruity american hops, lovely after 7 pale lagers. Taste is moderate dry hoppy, piney and fruity, with a light sweet malty backbone, lively mouthfeel, nice.

Small shared bottle during RBHD geocatching session. Kindly provided by Olav. Clear deep orange golden body with an offwhite head. Grassy, yeasty dried tropical fruits and . Pungent piny bitter. Light alco warmth. Medium bodied. Dry tongue.

Shared 310 ml bottle at local tasting, thanks to our beerpal Olav. ABV is 7%. Amber colour, moderate to low white (or slightly off-white) head. Aroma of fruity and piney American hops, also some less pleasant notes of dust and stale cocoa. Flavour of piney and grapefruity hops, also unsweetened cocoa / pale chocolate malts.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2014 600ml bottle served in a glass. A: Pours a deep orange to amber color. Clear. Forms a big bubbled creamy yellow head with good retention and many lacings left in the glass S: Sweet malty backbone. Strong notes of caramel. Citrus and piny "American style" hops in the end T: Sweet upfront. Candy sugar and caramel and caramel malts. Notes of citrus and piny hops bitterness. Delicious notes of good quality Ale strain yeasts M: Medium and molasses body. Medium carbonation. Caramel malts and a bittersweet aftertaste O: High drinkability. Well done American IPA. No alcohol felt dispate the medium to high ABV. One of the best Brazilian beers I’ve had [ BA Review @ 8/2/2012 ]

Creme amarelado com formação média; Bonito de ver. Líquido parcialmente translúcido. Alguma turbidez. Coloração dourada forte, tendendo a um alaranjado. O aroma é bastante intenso e já vale pela cerveja. Bastante doce, com toque de mel e flores. Refrescante. O sabor tem o amargo do lúpulo bastante presente, porém com uma certa doçura que não consegui caracterizar melhor, talvez um melado... O retrogosto é definitivamente e marcantemente do lúpulo. Boa cerva!!!

Couleur ambrée, mousse qui disparait. Nez houblonné fruits exotiques, sucré caramel. Gout bien houblonné fruité avec amertume de sapin bien grasse et amère en fin de bouche.

Bottle 50cl from Mondial de la bière, an amber beer with medium head. Nose is on caramel and exotic fruits. Aroma is on caramel, mango and apricot, good bitterness, light resin, toasted caramel, dry, medium body. Finish is on exotic fruit with long bitterness, dry grassy finish.
