On tap at Roundhouse location...and from a growler over two days. Poured from growler into Corsendonk chalice. Pours copper apricot with small head and lace. Aroma of citrus and straw hops. Moderate carbonation and significant mouthfeel. Flavors of grapefruit rind, bitter roots, burnt malts, amber malts, straw hops, cream of tartar/chalk. Overall a bitter mouthfeel but enough sweet malts to make it drinkable if you can handle the bitter hops.

On tap at the CMB brewery, nice color, long lasting and nice lacing, good initial taste but quickly turns medicinal and leaves an aftertaste.

hey, an IPA near 5%, this could be neat, no? except it’s horribly underattenuated, sits full and goopy on the tongue, consumed in burnt caramelized sugars. the body is rough, starchy and fatiguing and it tastes and smells stale with a heavy load of burnt hop leaves. one of the worst IPAs around.

On tap at the brewery. Color is a hazy orange gold with good carbonation and a small tight head. Aroma is is a light citrus hop scent. It has a medium body with a light smooth mouth feel. Flavor is malty with lemon citrus and floral hops. In the after taste the hop flavors linger with the malt coming out a bit more. Overall its a nice IPA.

Tasted on tap at Colorado Mountain Brewery. A tad bit hazy appearance that’s a light yellow orange. Fairly hoppy head. Quite floral hoppy body. A little too bitter for my taste.
