1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 3fourths (6400) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - APR 27, 2012
hey, an IPA near 5%, this could be neat, no? except it’s horribly underattenuated, sits full and goopy on the tongue, consumed in burnt caramelized sugars. the body is rough, starchy and fatiguing and it tastes and smells stale with a heavy load of burnt hop leaves. one of the worst IPAs around.

Flavor is malty with lemon citrus and floral hops. In the after taste the hop flavors linger with the malt coming out a bit more. Overall its a nice IPA.
