draft. murky orange juice appearance. goopy, sweet, round and full with heavy banana and lemon oil profile in the nose. sludge yeast throughout. typical citrus, banana and wheat flavor profile, over sweet with medium acid. fermented too high.

Draft at the brewery. Poured cloudy yellow with a smallish head. Mild banana notes in the aroma. Served too cold. Mild yeast taste with slight banana and clove. Went down smooth. Not bad and decent for the style

Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, rubber. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, citrus tart, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111216]
