COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For over 4 decades, Colt 45 Premium Malt Liquor has been the "class of all malt liquor brands". With its smooth and distinct flavor and historic affiliation with Billy Dee Williams, it has become an urban American icon. If you’re looking for a thick 40, or an ice cold shorty, Colt 45 is the malt liquor that works EVERYTIME!

40oz in a paper bag... with a do rag on... seriously. It’s 12:30 AM, just slightly after the end of St. Patricks Day. I just got off work and thought to myself *what will I drink tonight to celebrate?* I have beer fridge FULL of great beers from trades and my store that I still haven’t gotten around to trying, but it didn’t feel right. I’ve been wearing a shamrock do rag and a green polo all day at work, thinking *why the hell did I make myself wear this damn thing?* It was then that my vision became clear! I would use this St. Patricks Day night to fully experience the "other half" of the beer drinking experience. So, I’m sittling here in my do rag, listening to Colt 45 and two zig zags, drinking a 40 ’a Colt from mah bag... its strangly liberating.

Pale golden in color with a short lived white foam. The nose is typical for a malt liquor with lots of corn, sweet grain, and alcohol. The taste is similarly unremarkable with the sweetness and alcohol dominating the palate with a slight metal tinge. The beer is light on the tongue with plenty of carbonation. Don’t let this one warm up on you, it only gets (much) worse.

32oz bottle. A bit too heavy on the corn. Mild sweetness. Grain alcohol. Mild skunk. Better than the Hurricane and Bull Ice, but not quite as good as Schlitz OML.

40 oz bottle. Consumed as a part of an 18 beer blind Malt Liquor tasting. Pours a very light gold with a minimal wispy white head. Very corny and veggie laced with some light alcohol. Very little flavor, some light corn, especially watery on the finish. Light bodied with soft and fizzy carbonation. Not too offensive.

If you’re drinking this, you’re probably homeless or about to mug someone. A horrid liquid

Pours a pale yellow. Not much head that fades fast.Aroma of corn cardboard citrus and sweet. Tastes about the same as the aroma. Sweet finish with a hint of hop. Overall light and watery.

From a 40 oz, the only way I’ve ever had it. Pale yellow with white head like normal macro lagers, this one is very much a cereal beer that has some alcohol content. Good for getting drunk.
