Bottle split at Cotts Convention 2, thanks to Rich, Martyn and Shawn, 05/03/16.
Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap.
Nose is toasted grain, cereal, sweet notes, paper.
Taste comprises much the same, sweet aspartamic vibes, light carmael, more papery notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Smooth enough drinking ML but lacks boost - wats the fucken point ?

Clear bottle shared at Cotteridge II as íColt 45í. Many thanks to Macboost and the Birmingham crew. Tanya from Command & Conquer Red Alert used Colt 45s, and for that reason alone Iím interested to try this. But thatís about as far as my enjoyment goes. Pale yellow, still, small foamy white head. Aroma is biscuity malt, plain and airy. Body is light, slightly foamy, soft carbonation. Taste is sugary pale biscuits, corn, malt sugars, soft finish. Better than most in the style Iíve tried. (2.1)

Bottle. Cotteridge Beano v2. Pretty much what I was expecting. Not for me, although itís certainly better than the Bud Platinum that preceded it.

First off the billy dee williams commercials were the best thing about this beer...for me way to much malt...just my opinion.

Looks like this is 11K. Bottle at the Cotetridge Convention 2016. Thanks to Rich, Sarky and Boosty Mackenzie for this juan. It pours clear pale gold with a substantial white head. The aroma is relatively fresh (although I did just have two chilli beers before), paper, cardboard, creamed corn and malt extract. The taste is crisp, sweet, creamy, corn, cheap sweet white bread, plenty of alcohol boost and white sugar. Medium body, fine carbonation and grainy mouth-feel. Tastes cheap, sugary and boosty. I suppose it was what they were aiming for... Sweet baby jeebus. I definitely prefer the high gravity version over this.

Cotteridge Convention II. Bottle sent over by Macboost, cheers Shawn. I drank this beer straight after this one http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/beername/397611/ and it was the greatest relief of the afternoon to drink it. Golden beer. Aroma of malts. Taste is sticky malts and some sweetness. The best malt Likka I have had so far.

Can (bought in Miami). Golden color, steady small white head. Green apple and alcohol in the nose. Light-bodied. Watery palate. Honey sweetness and green apple. Short finish and no bitterness. Meh.
