For an extra kick, get some Colt 45 Hight Gravity. It has a higher alcohol percentage than traditional colt 45, so make sure you can handle yours.

Canned from a local QT. The body is dark gold. The nose has some strange fruity apples and potatoes. There is also a little bit of corn. The taste is sweet and fruity with blueberries. There is also some bread crust along with a little bit of beets. This is not bad for what it is, but really sweet and not in a corny way. Strange.

Golden yellow with a thick white head. This had a faint honey aroma. The flavor was kind of sweet with some alcohol burn in the background. Very drinkable.

Was kind of terrified to sip this, because my last malt liquor experience ruined my palate for a long while. Thankfully, this wasn’t nearly so terrible. Gold pour with a bubbly white head. Straightforward sweet corn and honey nose. Has a simple, inoffensive corny flavor, sweet throughout. It would not be hard to finish a 24 of this.

From the 710 ml. can no. OCT0410-D07021828. The pour is a vibrant clear yellow with constant carbonation and a fairly long lasting but very thin off-white head and some thin lacing to boot. The aroma is of malts, corn, and a very thin and distant hoppiness. The mouthfeel is heavier than water but not as heavy as a good micro. The taste is malty and grainy with a thin hop bite at the finish. The 8.5% ABV is not as noticeable as some HG malt liquors I have had. Is it something I would buy all the time? No. But for a malt liquor it does the trick.... One additional note: I actually had to add a place to RB so I could tell everyone where I bought it (Metro Mart) because it is the ONLY place in New Hampshire I have ever seen it.

24 oz can. Thanks brandon. Pours crystal clear pale gold with short lived white head. Mild musky corny nose. Fizzy medium body. Toast and sweetened corn nuts on the mid palate. Long sticky sweetish corn finish.

One of the best malt liquors ever, it gets you lifted and doesn’t taste too bad ice cold...........what else are you looking for when you drink such a substance?

pepsican (1451) - @ $13.99, Iowa, USA - JUN 27, 2010
UPDATED: JUN 28, 2010 Rollin’ with mydudes. Yellow pour with a nice sized white head. Aroma is booze, spoiled dark fruit, and grain. Flavor is similar but adds some nice plum, grape, raisin, and other rotting dark fruits into the mix. Reminds me a bit of westy 12 in the department. Booze becomes apparent when it warms and kind of stands off on it’s own.
