Draft: Pleasant and tasty IPA. Very drinkable and sessionable. Malts have some interesting flavors that made me think of cocoa and toast. Hops had a nice blend of flowers and citrus, along with a balanced amount of bitterness.

On tap at the brewpub. A very good India Pale Ale. Crisp and refreshing. Easy to drink. Big hops with solid pine and grapefruit flavors. Good malt presence in the background. Well balanced. Dry finish with strong lasting bitterness. Tasty.

Golden in color, clear with a light head. Nice hops aroma – floral and fruity. The male backing adds to the flavor. There is a big piney flavor from the hops. This was dry in the finish and gave off quite a after taste of the hops. Need lots of pasta with this beer.

Spicy, resinous hops drip from the nose, almost becoming sweet. Pretty clear, golden body with delicate head. Chewy, piney hops; solid but balanced, malt background. Medium body, finishes sweetly. A good beer, better in the anticipation than the finish. Bitterness a little less than would be expected.
