Sep 18, 2008 Very transparent, medium brown, with a thin bone head. Mellow and sweet, moderately fruity aroma with some vanilla and coffee. Roasty, medium sweet. Very, very drinkable, but not the most complex or robust you’ve ever had. Slightly heavy body. Hoppy on the edge of the tongue. Roasty finish.

Sep 12, 2008 On tap at the brewpubPours a dark amber with a small tannish head.The nose was sweet, malty with some caramel. Malts and caramel were the most dominant of the flavors.Ha d a bitter sweet, hoppy finish.
