edden (907), cow- lumbus, Ohio, USA Jun 17, 2007 6/9/07: Sample at Columbus Ale Fest ’07. Tawny brown-orange body with a slightly tan head. Nice hoppy and citrus – dry hopped nose. Flavors include citrus, peach and apricot. Quite fruity and nicely hopped. Sweet bitter finish. CaptainCougar (4633), Rockville, Maryland, USA May 5, 2007 Growler sampled on 3/14/07, thanks to bgburdman9: Pours a slightly hazy deep copper with a frothy, well-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale caramel malt with a huge green piny hoppy presence. Body starts with a big sweet caramel maltiness and lots of fresh grapefruity bittering and flavor hops toward a crisp, bittersweet finish. Very nice, with a touch of slight light fruity complexity. Nicely-balanced and enjoyable. nolankowal (827), Dublin, Ohio, USA Apr 26, 2007 Hand bottle from a growler sent from here to Georgia and back...shared by bdburdman. Orange pour witha white head. Aroma of floral hops, light citrus, and light pale malt. Flavors of floral hops, a bit of citrus, booze and light caramel malt. Solid body bittersweer and floral throughout with a bitter light sweet finish. Best thing I’ve had from them. goldtwins (3731), Nesconset, New York, USA Apr 25, 2007 Growler: Poured a hazy maber-brown color with a small off-white head. The aroma was of fresh hops over moderately sweet fruity malt. The hops were of pine and citrus with some earthy notes. The flavor started malty with some big hops mixed in. Medium to full bodied with real nice warmth.
