Tap. Poured clear golden color with an average white fizzy head that mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate grass hop, malt and wheat aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would share this with a freind.

Columbus Brewing Fool’s Gold Aroma: Hint of grassy hops and maltiness, but very faint Appearance: Clear, pale gold with no head Taste: Light sweetness with hints of bitterness throughout. Palate: Medium body, dry texture, average carbonation, dry finish. Overall: Very solid, well developed beer with hints of hoppiness and a dry finish. I really enjoyed this. Not blown away, but still really impressed.

Sample at the Columbus Microbrew Festival on 09/16/2012: This beer pours a mostly clear bright golden color with a medium thin and fizzy white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, wheat and malt. Light, crisp body with a mildly bitter herbal hops character with touches of sweet malt and fruit in the background. The finish is lightly bitter with a lingering hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
