COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA pours a slightly hazy, pale orange with a balanced malt flavor and finishes with a wonderful flavor and aroma only American hops can provide. This beer is served unfiltered to retain all the bouquet from the hops.

(12oz bottle thanks to Exiled) clearish gold/amber with lasting film of fine white bubbles. Nose of caramel, honey, light citrus, quite balanced in the nose. Taste is bready, pine, very little citrus, malty, bitter linger and an oily body.

Hazy pale orange, neat persistent head, full glass lacing. Sweet malt overcome by medium hops in the palate. Bitter lingers in the finish until it gives way to a mildly sweet finish.

Thanks GT. Hazy orange amber pour with a small offwhite head. The aroma starts with doughy citrus, especially grapefruit, and finishes off with an unfortunate sudsy soap note. The flavor is fairly one dimensional- grapefruit and orange with bready caramel malts. Medium palate with an ever present resin and soap. Not bad, save the slight off flavor.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass. Appearance is a translucent copper with a fluffy white head of foam. Aroma is piney and spicy at the same time. Taste is spicy and bitter with a long dry finish. The beer has a nice malty bready note that really balances everything out.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market Columbus/Dublin. Pours a hazy brown color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of earthy, citrus hops with some caramelized sugar notes. The taste is bitter citrus and earthy hops with caramel malts. Medium bodied.

Thanks to Exiled for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a hazy murky yellow color with a white head. The aroma is exactly what I expect from an American IPA. I get a lot of pine and orange notes with a little bit of bready malt. The flavor is more of the same. I get some pine and papaya, as well as some bread and biscuit malt. There is a lot of hop flavor but the bitterness is fairly low for this style of beer. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle from a generous trader. Pours orange with white head. Nose/taste of tropical fruit, caramel malt, hops and pine. Dry and bitter with some resinous pine in finish. Medium body.

Bottle courtesy of Forgetfu (thanks Bill) poured a clear amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of biscuit, grassiness, pine and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, grapefruit, light grassiness and light pine with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

12oz bottle poured into snifter. Dark murky color with a golden hue. Aroma has hints of citrus, grapefruit, hops and pine. Flavor is earthy with a sweet finish. Not too malty but has a nice distinct sweetness I can’t seem to place.

A: The pour is a clear orange/amber color with a big white head and some sticky lacing. S: The nose is rather nice. Lots of citrus notes featuring orange, tangerine, and grapefruit. A light grass note and plenty of pine and floral hop aromas. Just a little bit of bready malts. T: Tastes just as citrusy as it smells. Nice fresh orange and grapefruit flavors with a little bit of tropical fruit, too. The requisite pine bitterness is there with only a touch of grass and bread. M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation. O: Just my second beer from these guys, but both have been quite enjoyable.
