Our IPA pours a slightly hazy, pale orange with a balanced malt flavor and finishes with a wonderful flavor and aroma only American hops can provide. This beer is served unfiltered to retain all the bouquet from the hops.

2009 Bottle - Thanks DrHomolka! - Pours ruddy orange with a small white head...aroma is massive hop florals, grapefruit, pine resin, beautiful nose...flavour is similar, hop bitters, bit of dough, fruity but not sweet...not much malt to speak of...good flavour thats just asking for a bit more malt...otherwise very enjoyable!!!

I had this beer from a cask and I thought it was delicious. Refreshing with a good amount of hops. Nothing spectacular in the way of an IPA, a pretty traditional flavor.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy, burnt orange color with a small soapy white head. Doesn’t look very carbonated though that’s fine by me. Aroma is a fresh blast of tropical fruit. Huge citrus character. Mango, orange, resin. Centennial hops with a decent malt background. Slightly biscuity. Tropical fruits abound in the flavor. Intense peach and pineapple. Bitterness is moderate to low for the style. A fruitiness from the hops is present though the beer is not sweet. A slghtly bitter, drying finish. This is a solid IPA.

12oz bottle. Pours a deep amber, no head. Aroma is of piney and citrusy hops (lots of them). This beer smells divine. Flavor has a touch of malt up front, but a whole lot of hop beyond that. Flavor is good, but there is some other note there that’s a bit off. Overall, pretty good beer. I always considered CBC to be mediocre, but this one is making me re-evaluate that.

Lightly foggy, misty light orange-brown. FLuffy, ivory head. Super fruity hop aroma - pine, pineapple, ripe grapefruit. Medium heavy, crisp, green stonefruit and strong west coast hops. Chemical in the high palate. Dry. Brisk, hoppy CO2 finish. Hopheads will dig it.

On tap at Columbus Microbrew Festival. Nice hop character with thick alcohol finish (very warming). Hazy copper pour. Medium to heavy body. Pretty solid, not much malt to balance, but lots of delicious hops.

A great floral aroma. flavor has a growth of bitterness from the start to end. Pretty good, could be a little bit better if had a better balance of hop types in the actual beer itself.
