Our IPA pours a slightly hazy, pale orange with a balanced malt flavor and finishes with a wonderful flavor and aroma only American hops can provide. This beer is served unfiltered to retain all the bouquet from the hops.

Slightly hazy orange color. Aromas of solid piney and slightly citrus. Taste is crisp and hoppy. A little citrus some resins and pine followed by a little malt. Really a solid IPA especially for the price.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2013 In 12oz bottle. Beautiful aroma of orange. Hazy beer that leaves dense lacing. Flavor is big citrus hops that become more bitter as the beer warms. This is an excellent West Coasty IPA, one that deserves to be better known.

Bottle shared. Donnie indicated he drove to this brewery on a road trip exclusively for a case of this. I have to save it probably was NOT a wasted trip. Just straight up delicious hop forward IPA with big citrus and a light malty sweetness. Super solid.

Bottle courtesy of Cory poured into a pint glass. Faded amber color with a creamy tan cap. First I need to point out that the level of hopping and the alcohol percentage peg this closer to pale ale territory. Considered as an IPA, this beer falls short. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t tasty. Despite being light on hop aroma and bitterness, it definitely isn’t a nasty east-coast malt bomb. The malt stands out as being very bready -- not a lot of gross crystal malt or oversweet caramel malt here, just fresh wheat bread. The hops that are present are sorta woody and herbal, low on citrus, with a modest dusty bitterness in the finish. If this is classed as a pale ale i might go as high as 3.7 for it.

Bottle at Schmidt’s in Columbus. Taste is pine, citrus, hops and grain, with a hint of booze. Nice.
