Our IPA pours a slightly hazy, pale orange with a balanced malt flavor and finishes with a wonderful flavor and aroma only American hops can provide. This beer is served unfiltered to retain all the bouquet from the hops.

Always grab some sixers of this when in OH visiting the in-laws. Noticed I never gave this a proper review. 12oz bottle into a goblet. The pour yields a dark honey-amber with a thick frothy bone-white head. Great retention, with spotty lace left behind. Pine, citrus, floral overtones. Nothing new here, but the aroma is so potent and fresh. Love it. Medium carbonation gives this beer enough heft to hold up the flavors, but without any lasting astringency. The reason I love this beer so much is the perfect balance between the bitter hops and sweet malty backbone. I would say this even leans slightly to the sweet side, which isnít a detriment to it at all. Grapefruit, musk melon, orange give this a nice fruity quality. The hops add just a touch of oily feel as well, and they donít linger too long on the aftertaste. Just enough "burn" to satisfy the hop-head in me, but fleeting enough to keep me gulping this one. This is one of the most drinkable and approachable IPAs I have had, and it will be one I continually buy when in the area. Canít wait until Christmas when I can get some more!

Pour form a 12oz bottle. Cloudy orange amber brew with one finger of head that soon passes. Lots of sediment that settles quickly to the bottom of the glass. Excellent hoppy aroma - pine, citrus, grapefruit. Taste is light bodied and hops forward with an excellent citrus hoppiness, a little pine emerges mid swallow, ends with a clean grapefruity finish. A superior IPA, clean, potent and agile.

Bottle from awlcordell. Hazy dingy golden with a nice white head. Citrus fruit in the nose and just a little pale malts. That is pretty much the flavor. Nothing fancy or exotic here, just a nice classic American IPA.

Wow. Totally unexpected. This is a citrusy hoppy bomb of an IPA. Very impressive. The color is hazy orange and the flavor is citrus through and through. Creamy mouth feel with a crisp finish. Great beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap. Pours clear gold with creamy white head. Aroma is grassy and floral hops, light fruit esters, biscuit and cereal malts, and light spice. Flavor is dry malts, fresh hop bitterness, light citrus esters, and faint spice; lightly bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Draft at the Columbus zoo. Pours almost clear bright gold with a creamy off white head. Tastes like smooth creamy hops, mild pine and grapefruit bitterness, nutty, musky orange. Dry feel. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet mellow hops, light bitterness, light citrus, light nuttyness.

On tap at Columbus Brewing. Hazy orange gold color with a thin creamy head. Big aroma of fresh piney hops and muted citrus. Flavors are an explosion of fresh pine and crisp citrus. Wonderfully dry finish with fresh floral hops. Creamy mouthfeel. Delicious, crisp and dry version of an American IPA. Great beer!

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle received in trade from a non-RB member. Unfiltered yellow pour with a small head that fades. The aroma is like standing in a garden with all of that floral, flowery, piney, and grassy hoppiness. Hopheads rejoice! The body is above medium and a little chewy. The taste is much like the aroma with a quick toasted malt note that is usurped in high fashion by pine trees, flowers, grass, and all those other aromatic bittering hops.

On tap at the Melt Bar & Grilled - Independence. Nice floral citrus hop aroma. Fluffy white head with a good amount of lacing left on the glass. Cloudy orange in color. Taste is refreshing, crisp and clean. Nice balance between the citrus hop flavor and the bitter finish with some malt backbone.

Tasted on 7/12/14 from a capped 12oz bottle, big thanks to Pete for snagging this in Cleveland for me. Pours hazy burnt orange with a thick beige head that slowly recedes to average, uneven lace. The nose is a really great blend of floral, earthy dank, and resinous hops with an almost rye bread-like malt aroma. The flavor is the same, one of the most balanced IPAís I have had, with all of the floral, touch of dank, bit of resin, and even some peppercorn and the same spicy malt from the nose. The body is just under medium with just above average carbonation and a long spicy hoppy finish.

Excellent IPA-will try again.........and-again. Folks, itís a fine IPA. As always, that begins with a bitter yet fulfilling flavor that sustains to the end. And yes, always a limitless "grape fruity" (ie nice natural hops flavor). Thanks, Mac.
