COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA pours a slightly hazy, pale orange with a balanced malt flavor and finishes with a wonderful flavor and aroma only American hops can provide. This beer is served unfiltered to retain all the bouquet from the hops.

Always grab some sixers of this when in OH visiting the in-laws. Noticed I never gave this a proper review. 12oz bottle into a goblet. The pour yields a dark honey-amber with a thick frothy bone-white head. Great retention, with spotty lace left behind. Pine, citrus, floral overtones. Nothing new here, but the aroma is so potent and fresh. Love it. Medium carbonation gives this beer enough heft to hold up the flavors, but without any lasting astringency. The reason I love this beer so much is the perfect balance between the bitter hops and sweet malty backbone. I would say this even leans slightly to the sweet side, which isn’t a detriment to it at all. Grapefruit, musk melon, orange give this a nice fruity quality. The hops add just a touch of oily feel as well, and they don’t linger too long on the aftertaste. Just enough "burn" to satisfy the hop-head in me, but fleeting enough to keep me gulping this one. This is one of the most drinkable and approachable IPAs I have had, and it will be one I continually buy when in the area. Can’t wait until Christmas when I can get some more!

12oz bottle, shared by brew3crew. Totally hazy golden orange color. Thin white head, couple dots of lace. Nice citrusy American-style hop aroma. Medium-plus body. Smooth, softer lighter carbonation, and a dry finish. Nice spicy hop taste, good amount of bitterness, minimal sweet. Pretty tasty IPA.

Bottle:   Orangish straw, a bit hazy, thin to moderate white frothy white head, fairly nice lacing.   Pungent hop nose, pithy, citrus peel, fairly strong and bright.   Lots of orange peel and pith on the tongue, very bright.   Not as sweet as I would have liked, but then again this is very hop sided.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Hop bitterness lingers long.   Pith and orange peel dominate.   Solid example, fairly straight forward.   Thanks to JStax for the bottle!

A - A murky golden orange color without a lot of bubbles, but a beautiful two finger foamy white head. Definitely unfiltered. This one leaves a lacing like no other beer I’ve seen. S - Strong notes of citrus hops dominate this one, very fruity with a faint faint touch of pine. A sweet maltiness is also apparent. T - Wow, this tastes like grapefruit, only 20 times better. Fruity, citrusy, sweet, and slightly bitter. The sweet malts come through on the back end of this one. Not much alcohol apparent. A finely balanced beer and one of the most delicious I’ve tasted. M - It feels a little more carbonated than I suspected, but as smooth as I’ve ever tasted. Goes down easy and not as big as some IPAs. This is very nice. D - I feel sorry for the IPA lovers that haven’t had a chance to try this one. This is a beer you can ride on all night and never get tired of it. An easy drink and extremely refreshing at that.

Flight at CBC. Nice golden amber with medium white head. Aroma of fresh hops, flowers, pine and citrus. Taste is very smooth with a light bitterness, flowers, citrus and malts. There’s a light creamy aspect that is unique to most IPAs.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy copper body with a one finger frothy off-white head that left some light delicate lacing. The nose is big and bright with lots of citrusy hops that smell really juicy and fresh. No hint of malt in the nose at all, and that’s fine by me. The flavor is bursting with bitter and juicy hops, very green and leafy with some moderate caramel malt in the background. Nice light yeastiness throughout that adds on the mouthfeel quite a bit as well. Rather sturdy mouthfeel actually, almost chewy, but not sticky from the sweetness that’s below all the hops. Pretty nice IPA.

Bottle. Pours a nice hazy copper with lots of hop aromas with tons of citrus. Flavor matches the aroma with a little malt backbone. Very good.

Pours dark orange quite hazy with a creamy white head. The aroma brings sweet and smooth citrusy hops, pretty refreshing and not pungent. The flavors bring delicious hop juicy citrus notes so pleasant on the tongue, not really over zesty, but balanced so well and settles so long and tasty on the tongue.

Bottle from puddintane pours golden amber with a soapy off white head, leaves lacing. Nose of pine and resin. Some malt adds to the taste, ample bitterness but is not face melting. Body is solid but seems a bit thin at times.

Bottle from Puddintane! Pours a nice gold with a slight white head that leaves thick lacing. Pleasantly piney aroma. But not much else going on. Taste is piney with a bit of orange. Fairly resiny. A slightly puckering bitterness develops between sips. Very drinkable, but forgettable.

Strong hoppy aroma and big head on the pour with a balanced taste and a solid mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
