COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA pours a slightly hazy, pale orange with a balanced malt flavor and finishes with a wonderful flavor and aroma only American hops can provide. This beer is served unfiltered to retain all the bouquet from the hops.

Poured into a snifter. Hefty thanks to therealnomayo for this one. 4.5 A: Opaque orangish brown color. Two fingers of off-white 75% creamy / 25% frothy hybrid head. Good retention and a good bit of lacing. Very nice. 4.5 S: Really wonderful interaction between the hops and the unfiltered yeastiness. I’ve had a lot of IPAs ruined by yeasty breadiness. Hops are heavy into pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon. There a "dankness" to this as well. 4.0 T: Taste is much like the nose, just a little less vibrant. Pineapple is the star here, with grapefruit, lemon, and some herbalness and resin not far behind. Moderate bitterness. Caramel hops and yeastiness. A bit bready from the yeast. Pretty good. 4.0 M: Medium to heavier medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Good creaminess and fairly smooth. 4.0 D: Maybe a little overhyped, but definitely a good beer. This is like a better version of Boy King (also hyped). Still, this would be an always welcomed extra. Good overall. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 12-30-2010 00:56:51

Tap at the brewery. Bright gold and hazy. Nose is effervescent of hops, citrus, pine cones. Nice nose. Taste is very dry, hops are present but not equal to the nose. Not much malt background but overall a decent and easily drinkable IPA.

Pale yellow pour with good carbonation and a white head. Very nice hoppy aroma - pine, grapefruit and citrus. Light herb and onion. Flavor is dry and hoppy. Lots of citrus and pine. A bit earthy and grass. Finish is very biting and bitter.

An 8 year boycott ends. Pours golden orange with nice looking carbonation and a little head. Tons of fruity hop aroma. Fruit loops, and passion fruit come to mind. The flavor is very enjoyable. Full of grapefruit and orange zest. At no point is this harsh, just smooth hop bitterness. A true IPA hop fest with just a touch of grain. Dry medium body. A very enjoyable brew. Too bad CBC makes this as I’ll likely not be back on principle.

Herbal aroma and taste. Light orange color. Bitter aftertaste lingers. Good IPA!

Slightly hazy copper body with a bubbly, 1" thick head that leaves some traces of lacing. Nose consists of grapefruit and pine, your traditional straightforward IPA aroma. Not overly abundant, but welcoming nonetheless. Mild malt backbone with a quick sting of hops and a lightly tacky finish. Sticky hop flavor, heavy bitterness without a lot of flowery hop flavors. Some caramel and biscuit malts, but not much. Not too impressed with this.

Hazy orange yellow with white lacing foam head. Aroma is a true bitter IPA, little citrus there. Taste is good bitter IPA, a good beer. Aftertaste is perfect and lsting, tasted good with the Club Sandwich. (Cleveland 201210)

Nice heavy hop aroma to start this one off. It pours a hazy dark amber, with a full white head. Nice clean hop flavor, with lots of citrus coming through, with a long lingering bitter finish. A little bit of creaminess in the mouthfeel. This is a solid and delicious IPA, I highly recommend it.

Excellent IPA. Good citrus/pine aroma with a dry, light body. Very pleasant and a nice surprise from Columbus. Thanks to ineedbeer (reddit) for the bottle.
