Our version of this classic Belgian farmhouse ale, brewed with imported malts, Belgian yeast strain, and American hops for our own unique twist.

pours a golden orange color. Not what I was expecting out of a saison. Was too hoppy for that style, and i didn’t get any of the grassy taste. Overall it was a nice beer just not for a saison sample at Columbus Microbrew festival at North Market

Sample at the CBC tasting/Pee Wee’s Big Adventure event at Studio 35. The beer is a clear yellow-gold color with a medium thin and foamy white head that dissipates steadily. Thin rings of lacing. Mild hops, fruit and spice in the nose. Light body with flavors of lightly peppery spice, fruity hops, yeast and a touch of barnyard funk. The finish is fruity with a short yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
