A Belgian wheat beer or some distinction, Rutherford pours a hazy gold with a fine white head. Trappist yeast, a bunch of wheat and Slovenian hops create a bright, refreshing beer perfect for a warm day.

Growler, thanks Colin! Hazy gold, small white head. Coriander, yeast, wheat in pleasant strong aroma. Lots of wheat in taste, hints of tartness, very very refreshing. Lovely citrus and spicy hops come out in finish after a few sips. Perfect carbonation level. Delicate and very refreshing with a pretty strong edge - awesome stuff CBW.

2013-08-17. Lightly hazy yellow body with a modest white head. 3+ Aroma of lemon, accented by floral notes and mild spice. 7+ Flavour has similar floral notes, with touches of flower petals, and mild spice accents. Average to light bodied palate, soft carbonation. Just a bit light overall for me but refreshing and very quaffable. Nice summery beer. Bottle, Campground Brewdown.

Yeasty, above average mouthfeel. A little astringent. Lace lines and a good head. A decent summer beer. Some coriander. I was fine with this, but I would want something edgy and tasty. Still in the style. Some orange hop flavor? On tap at the nano-brewery.

Tap at Monks. Pale straw color with a thick white head. Lovely perfumey aroma. Bright spice from both the wheat, hops and yeast. Bright and refreshing with a lovely soft maltiness. A touch of tartness and lingering breadiness. Lovely sessionable ale.
