A Belgian wheat beer or some distinction, Rutherford pours a hazy gold with a fine white head. Trappist yeast, a bunch of wheat and Slovenian hops create a bright, refreshing beer perfect for a warm day.

Growler. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Wheaty base, hints of citrus and coriander like spice, faint banana, spicy yeast, a touch of sweetness, and a nice quick clean finish. Lets just say this growler disappeared way quicker than I would have liked.

Tap at Monks. Pale straw color with a thick white head. Lovely perfumey aroma. Bright spice from both the wheat, hops and yeast. Bright and refreshing with a lovely soft maltiness. A touch of tartness and lingering breadiness. Lovely sessionable ale.

Growler, thanks Colin! Hazy gold, small white head. Coriander, yeast, wheat in pleasant strong aroma. Lots of wheat in taste, hints of tartness, very very refreshing. Lovely citrus and spicy hops come out in finish after a few sips. Perfect carbonation level. Delicate and very refreshing with a pretty strong edge - awesome stuff CBW.

Mini-growler from the brewery. Lightly hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of slightly boozy tropical fruit cocktail with Belgian yeast esters and herbal hop notes. Flavour is bright and fruity upfront, with a slightly musty yeastiness in the middle, and a tart finish with suggestions of sour cherry and key lime. Nice and summery.

Draft at Blue monk. Hazy yellow pour with a nice thick white head. I can smell the wheat and yeast up front. Taste is sweet and bright up front with a mild bitter hop finish backed up by big wheat. Pretty smooth mouth feel. Good summer drink for sure.

Yeasty, above average mouthfeel. A little astringent. Lace lines and a good head. A decent summer beer. Some coriander. I was fine with this, but I would want something edgy and tasty. Still in the style. Some orange hop flavor? On tap at the nano-brewery.
