COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is not your average IPA. From the incredible nose, to the amazing finish, this IPA is one that both session drinkers and beer nerds alike will love.

We’re full on board the hopwagon with this big American-style IPA. However, it is not designed to blow your head off with overpowering hop bitterness. Instead, Mosaic IPA is an extremely well-balanced brew that showcases its unique hop aroma and flavor.

This beer gets its name from a new hop variety named “Mosaic,” which is predominantly where the immense, raw hop aroma and flavor is derived. Mosaic IPA has a noticeable malt backbone to help soften the high level of hop bitterness and flavor, while keeping the body fairly light.

The word "Mosaic" is also representative of the diverse range of individuals that make up our community. It’s perfect in every way!

The pour is golden to straw with a decent head and heavy lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy to citrus. Getting some mango flavor with a hint of pineapple. Nice citrus taste with orange peel and lemon zest. Not much of a malt, or bitterness flavor at first. Slight hints of orange peel and grapefruit develops on the back end, with a bitter hop profile in the finish. Mouth-feel is thick with moderate carbonation.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy copper, with a thick uniform off-white head that sticks around. Nose is citrus, tropical fruit, and caramel. Similar taste. The caramel malt flavor has top billing, but the beer has enough fruitiness and hop bitterness to balance everything out nicely. Good.

Pours slightly cloudy orange with lots of visual carbonation. Long lasting off white head. Aroma of pineapple with some citrus and sweet malt. Medium body with the perfect amount of hop bitterness without over doing it. The alcohol is well hidden by the hops and sweet malt. Tastes like a final gravity of 1.020-1.025. Lots of malt used in this brew. The hop bitterness is in line with an English IPA. Lingering hop finish. One of the best Imperial IPA around.

Keg at Craft Pride - Austin. Pours hazy, rich amber-gold with a frothy, off-white head. Moderate bready malts in the nose, some papaya, melon, tangerine, orange. Medium sweet flavour with ripening citrus, gooey tropical fruits, low bitterness. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish with more bready malts, mango, papaya, grapefruit, melon, strawberry, tangerine. Good juicy DIPA.

Bottle and tap. 8.6%? I was not prepared for this. Aroma of mango and passion fruit. First hop forward IPA I’ve had so far in dallas. Juicy mango, cherry, orange flavor. Delicious.

On draft at small craft pub in Ft Worth - can’t recall the name, but, hey, it was late! Poured a rich foggy dark yellow...decent head. Nose? Can you say grapefruit? Grapefruit lingered thru the whole drink....do love Mosaic hops! Booze was there but not overpowering. Excellent beer...wish they had it in Chicago.
