COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is not your average IPA. From the incredible nose, to the amazing finish, this IPA is one that both session drinkers and beer nerds alike will love.

We’re full on board the hopwagon with this big American-style IPA. However, it is not designed to blow your head off with overpowering hop bitterness. Instead, Mosaic IPA is an extremely well-balanced brew that showcases its unique hop aroma and flavor.

This beer gets its name from a new hop variety named “Mosaic,” which is predominantly where the immense, raw hop aroma and flavor is derived. Mosaic IPA has a noticeable malt backbone to help soften the high level of hop bitterness and flavor, while keeping the body fairly light.

The word "Mosaic" is also representative of the diverse range of individuals that make up our community. It’s perfect in every way!

Pours slightly hazy copper with an off-white head. Juicy, somewhat herbal aroma. Malty up front until the juicy hops kick in. Good stuff.

Très tropical avec une volonté malté qui n’est freiné que par sa grande sécheresse presque abrasive. Légèrement débalancé.

16 oz draft at Sambuca restaurant in Dallas, Texas. The pour is hazed orange golden with a well formed one inch white head. The aroma is soft pineapple tropical fruit, gentle resin dank and general earthiness. The taste is the tropical fruit, quite fresh and juicy along with the dank character and finishing with earth bitterness. The palate is medium bodied, active natural carbonation and the bitter dry finish. Nice clean fresh IPA.

Central Market Southlake bottle from 9/17/15. Pours a cloudy bronze color with a small white head. Aroma is fairly light with green, earthy hops plus some white grapefruit. The flavor starts light with some dank hops and then kicks up the bitterness with some lingering west coast hoppiness.Pretty balanced overall, especially for an 8+ ABV IIPA. Nice enough.

Bottle. Pours a very dark amber with a medium, fine-grained, cream colored head with lace. Nose is lime, tangerine, hollyhock, funk, and rosemary. A lot of smooth malt backbone on the front of the tongue, after which I got hit immediately with the Mosaic juicy bitterness. Delicious balance. Intense without being overwhelming. Long, bitter finish. This is really well designed and well made, and I could drink a lot of these. Bravo.

Opaque deeply Hazy amber with gold overtones. White sticky head. Fruity aroma like tangerine. Balanced flavor, bitter, and hoppy with barely any sweetness. Very enjoyable.
