COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is not your average IPA. From the incredible nose, to the amazing finish, this IPA is one that both session drinkers and beer nerds alike will love.

We’re full on board the hopwagon with this big American-style IPA. However, it is not designed to blow your head off with overpowering hop bitterness. Instead, Mosaic IPA is an extremely well-balanced brew that showcases its unique hop aroma and flavor.

This beer gets its name from a new hop variety named “Mosaic,” which is predominantly where the immense, raw hop aroma and flavor is derived. Mosaic IPA has a noticeable malt backbone to help soften the high level of hop bitterness and flavor, while keeping the body fairly light.

The word "Mosaic" is also representative of the diverse range of individuals that make up our community. It’s perfect in every way!

Probably the least bitter powerful IPA I’ve had yet, this ale has a nice smell, decent taste and very good texture. Team this with an 8.6 ABV % and you have an 2 thumbs up from this guy. Enjoy, and watch your step ;)

Tap in Dallas at rodeo goat with commonmac. Pint glass. Copper color with small head and good lacing. Fresh hop forward nose, with only a bit of citrus and alcohol. Strong hop taste throughout with crisp and dry finish. A bit of resin , but otherwise fairly one note but in a pretty good way. Just a tinge of sweetness.

Draft. Pours a medium, rapidly collapsing off white head, with slight lacing, over a clear dark amber (SRM 15) body......nose is light pine, resin, light floral notes, slight toasted cereal malts, balance to the hops.....taste is light pine, resin, slightly sweet with hints of toffee/caramel, pineapple, licorice hints, moderate bitter finish, balance to the hops.....mouth feel, medium body, slightly sticky, alcohol warmth present. Aroma and flavors are hop dominated with nice complexity. It evolves nicely as it warms. It is slightly different from many I/DIPA’s as the malts are relatively hidden. BJCP 7/3/14/4/6

From notes on 4/3/15 Nice pale body. Poured with a foamy 1 inch head. Lots of fruity floral aroma. Very tasty. Goof amount of bitterness makes way to tons of pineapple flavor.

Draft at Craft and Growler. Pours a clear, dark mahogany color with a thin, off white head. Light, hoppy aroma with a deep tart nose. Dark, hoppy flavor with a nice citrus sting. Bitter finish. Solid, local Double IPA. Really enjoyed this.

Thanks to crajun for the trade. Pours an oily orange with a medium off-white head. Aroma of fresh citrus, some pine and juicy malt. The flavor is clean and assertively bitter with a bitter finish. Lots of hop flavor for a Double IPA. Hides the alcohol well.

Head does not last long, and the hoppiness is medium. Good palate and smooth finish. It went well with the burgers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
