COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is not your average IPA. From the incredible nose, to the amazing finish, this IPA is one that both session drinkers and beer nerds alike will love.

Weíre full on board the hopwagon with this big American-style IPA. However, it is not designed to blow your head off with overpowering hop bitterness. Instead, Mosaic IPA is an extremely well-balanced brew that showcases its unique hop aroma and flavor.

This beer gets its name from a new hop variety named ďMosaic,Ē which is predominantly where the immense, raw hop aroma and flavor is derived. Mosaic IPA has a noticeable malt backbone to help soften the high level of hop bitterness and flavor, while keeping the body fairly light.

The word "Mosaic" is also representative of the diverse range of individuals that make up our community. Itís perfect in every way!

First off the pour is a beautiful copper/amber. Clear and inviting. minimal offwhite head and nice lacing. Nose comes at you in big fruity waves. With the glass sitting on the table next to me Iím just getting heavy juicy pineapple. Iím not sure Iíve ever gotten such strong pure pineapple in a beer before. Thatís ok, iím totally into it. Bringing it closer I get some melon, caramel/honey thick sweet malts. Fades pretty quick though. Starts smoothe and approachable with the malts actually taking a little more of the front end before getting into orange/tangerine, melon and a juicy, dank, bitter finish. Decent size body and perfectly accomodating carbonation, this is an immensely enjoyable drinking experience. While you donít really taste the heat of the alcohol, it is not subtle either, and the bitter finish grows and lingers as you drink.

Deep dark gold pour, thin tight head. Nose is Grapefruit!!!! Middle is solid, medium kilned, malt with plenty of citrus and a deep caramel dollop. Finish is spicy, biting hops. I only bought a single, I look forward to this again!

Bottled 05/19/15. Pours pretty dark almost rye color, hazy. Lot of dank hops. Mosaic? Yes. Tropical fruits, pine, guava, mango, papaya. Flavor is so much mosaic. Bitter hoppiness, tropical fruits, dankness. So good. The mosaic hops are the star here but thereís a distinct malt bill. Not too shabby. Crazy drinkable for this high abv.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong mosaic hop and floral. Medium mouth light hop, sweet malt, light bitterness, hides alcohol well, good IIPA.

Probably the least bitter powerful IPA Iíve had yet, this ale has a nice smell, decent taste and very good texture. Team this with an 8.6 ABV % and you have an 2 thumbs up from this guy. Enjoy, and watch your step ;)

Tap in Dallas at rodeo goat with commonmac. Pint glass. Copper color with small head and good lacing. Fresh hop forward nose, with only a bit of citrus and alcohol. Strong hop taste throughout with crisp and dry finish. A bit of resin , but otherwise fairly one note but in a pretty good way. Just a tinge of sweetness.
