I used to drink a lot of Celis White and this tribute is true to that inspiration. Hazy yellow with a bready head. Light but flavorful with citrus notes.

I must have got some skunked beer at the Flying Saucer in Mesquite Tx. This stuff was just plain nasty. Actually left a faint hot dog aftertaste in my mouth. There are very few beers I can’t finish a glass of. But this was one. 2 sips was 1 too many. Had to drink a Coor Lite just to get the taste outta my mouth.

Hazy golden color with a medium thick white head that recedes slowly. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of citrus, wheat and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, herbal yeast and cloves. The finish is wheaty with a spice and fruit aftertaste. Decent overall.
