Mar 13, 2004 [Draft at ZBF 2004] The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast, peach, and corriander, a very fresh aroma. The color is a hazy dark yellow and it has a small disappearing head though lazing. The flavor is somewhat weird, very spicy from corriander, cloves, and more I cannot recognize. I do not like the flavor.

Jul 6, 2005 (Bottle 100 cl) Pale golden, hazy with a lacing head. Very flowery nose, with bitter hops dominating all the way through and lingering on the palate. Grasy, hoppy notes. A lovely crisp pilsener, that reminds me of of a quality classic German pilsener. 280598

Mar 9, 2005 Zythos Beer Festival, Sint-Niklaas, Belgium 2005. Hazy golden colour with a big white head. Sweet malty barnyard aroma and a sweet light spicy taste. Medium body and a sweet dry finish.
