2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 duff (5483) - St, Margarets, - NOV 3, 2005
Cask@Twicckenham Beer festival. Sulfuric, eggy nose. Some slight undeveloped malt characters also noticed in the aroma. Palate feels empty, and theres not much happening to be honest, some citrus in the finish, slight bitterness. Boring and a bit below average for me.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 BeerCast_Rich (1202) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 7, 2011
[cask at SIBA GNBF’11, Manchester] Dark amber beer with a decent white head from the sparkled festival pour. Fruity citrus nose, touch of sweet caramel in there on the aroma as well. Hops in evidence from the start of the taste, leading up to a dry finish. Really enjoyed this one – the other reviewers below must have been unlucky [28102011]

This was I beer I had wanted to try for a while but I wasn’t too impressed to be honest. Condition may not have been the best.
