COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A robust deep copper ale with rich roasted and woody malt flavors and a distinct spicy hop. We used every conceivable way to hop this beer to give it a complex hop flavor and aroma. Grains- Caramel malts give a rich amber hue; Hops-Nuggets, East Kent Goldings and Fuggles are generously used.

On cask Boston Beer Summit ’02: Serious hops aroma, very smooth mouthfeel, nice head. Intensely dry hopped, but with enough malt taste to back it up.
