Light golden straw hue. Rocky head, nice lace. Malted aroma, hints of hops. Sweet light malt, light bodied, awesome bitter lingering finish. A very nice pale, this is a good freakin brew! Very well balanced, very refreshing. I could drink this all morning long!

Mostly clear golden amber. Frothy and large off white head. Steady carbonation. Toasted malt aroma laced with citric hops. Bold and crisp and refreshing. Heavy hop bite, citrus and pine notes. Clean and dry. Medium light body. Toasty malt aftertaste balances the brew as it warms. Finishes malty with toasty notes and a citric overlay. Solid APA.

Love that Concord. Very well-made and crafted. It drank very easily. Did not taste that complex, kinda citrusy. This is what I would drink for a session beer - it’s a nice unpresupposing beer, tastes fine and fresh, and it’s local.

REFRESHING on a muggy summer New England eve. Smooth with a sweet flavor. Could be a little less harsh on the aftertaste.

Clear light amber, just a shade above golden, medium white head, medium diminishing to a small lacing. Aroma of toasted malts, backed with a healthy amount of citric hops. Flavor mimics the aroma quite well. Medium body, easy drinking, an extremely nice american pale.

Really good pale ale, but hoppier than a bunch of IPAs I’ve drank. The malts are very light and don’t do much to assert themselves. Really hoppy, really good. Kinda pale for a pale ale. I guess I like them to be a little darker looking.

2004 bottle. Looks the part of an APA with a modest white head. Aroma of caramel malt, sugary oranges and light hops. Flavor is bursting with fresh hops, with plenty of citrus appeal but has a good clean malt backbone. Much different than their IPA and for good reason, as this is a hoppy, bitter APA. I like cascades and I think they do well with a good malt body, so I enjoyed this one. Simple, but well-made. Medium body, light carbonation. Little to no thinning.

12oz bottle-pours a foamy white head and gold color. Aroma is sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt balanced with medium hops. Maltier than a standard pale ale. OK carbonation. Good session beer.

Bottle, from Julio’s. For best flavor drink by 02 05. Good nose, Lite clove, grapefruit/orange, pepper. Pale golden orange color. Big head, but I poured sloppy, that faded quickly. Bitter flavors, same as aroma, little more clove and grapefruit. Maybe say metallic. Medium body, kinda sticky mouthfeel, bitter dry finish. Not bad, unique for an APA. I’m surprised no one thought it had clove. Certainly not what I’m used to when Cascade is used.
