PilsnerPeter (1303), Flushing, New York, USA Oct 16, 2007 Bottle: Orange-y golden pour with a thin white film. Unique aroma of sweet cookie malt, salty cured meats, and a subtle orange hint. Mild carbonation, decent texture. Flavor is a bit spicy. Not much hop character, yet it’s peppery and oily in the flavor. The body is supported by a cookie malt suggestion with a meaty hint in the background (salami?) Mild peppery dryness in the finish. This is definitely a unique beer with a strange flavor. Off a bit, yet interesting. kp (6000), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 02/13/2007
