Bottled. The label looks dangerous - the beer in the glass also - unclear yellow with a thin white head. The aroma has strong notes of ginger and fruit as well as light notes of citrus and wheat. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of ginger, lemongrass, citrus, wheat, and malt, leading to a bitter and dry wheaty finish where the note of ginger lingers. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of TheCheeseMan. Pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Spicy, gingery nose. Medium body, heavy carbonation, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom notes. Dry finish. Interesting. 220909

<i>Bottled. </i> Hazy golden, airy head. Floral lavender aroma. Fruity and medium sweet, medium bodied. Some spice and candy. Low bitterness.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry ginger and coriander. Annis seed note. Sweet and spiced flavoured, dry annis seed and coriander with a touch of ginger. Dry and spiced flavoured finish.

Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, lime peel, soap, spicy, candy, ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090801]

Bottled.Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is spices, some wheat, yeast, fruits and mild notes of earth. Flavour is lemon, spices, wheat and some slight earth. Not very exciting,.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of citrus, ginger and cardemomme. Fruity flavour of citrus, ginger and cardemomme with notes of hops. Spicy finish.
