22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of spices (cinnamon and nutmeg), lemon / lime, candy and ginger. Flavour of all of the above, with spicy lemon dominating. Eccentric and interesting, but not overly enjoyable.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2010 Bottle. Beer of the Month club. Cloudy yellow-ish orange color with a quickly-diminishing bubbly white head. Spicy aroma with wheat, yeast, ginger, coriander, orange and lemon. Sweetish wheaty flavor with some citrus, a bit of bread and some spices (mostly ginger) that become more dominant towards the drier, slightly hoppy finish. Light to medium-bodied. I don’t really dig the spiciness, but still it’s an OK refreshing beer.

Bottle... Hazy yellow lager with a small, frothy, white head. The nose presents winter and spring spices... cinnamon, nutmeg and lavender; also a healthy measure of cereal grains and biscuit malt. Full-bodied with spritzy carbonation. Fruity, sweet, spicy and lightly acidic. Finishes spicy-sweet and tangy. An odd bird, but not altogether bad. Why brew it? I have no idea, but creativity rocks!
