2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of spices (cinnamon and nutmeg), lemon / lime, candy and ginger. Flavour of all of the above, with spicy lemon dominating. Eccentric and interesting, but not overly enjoyable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very cloudy yellow beer with a thick white head. Lots of suspended sediment. Aroma is light and lemony with a very interesting combination of spices. Cinnamon, clove, coriander and ginger in a soft bready malt base. Sort of like a combination of winter ale and Belgian wit. Yeast is pretty clean letting the spices come through. As it warms the ginger really picks up. Completely unique brew.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
650 ml bottle. Jasper, AB, Canada.
Hazy orange colour with small off-white head.
Mint (toothpaste), herbs, malt, some spices and some toffee sweetness in aroma.
Spices, mint, herbs, malt, pepper, subdued bitter hops and some toffee sweetness in flavour. Quite interesting brew allthough the toothpaste in aroma and flavour causes some mixed feelings.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: AUG 13, 2010 Bottle. Beer of the Month club. Cloudy yellow-ish orange color with a quickly-diminishing bubbly white head. Spicy aroma with wheat, yeast, ginger, coriander, orange and lemon. Sweetish wheaty flavor with some citrus, a bit of bread and some spices (mostly ginger) that become more dominant towards the drier, slightly hoppy finish. Light to medium-bodied. I donít really dig the spiciness, but still itís an OK refreshing beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This is a decent wit, and I enjoy both the name and the label right off the bat. The pour is hazy golden with 2-finger white head. Nose is orange zest, white pepper, hops, pale malt. Flavor is orange zesty, limey, with white pepper, hops, and pale malt. Very smooth and quaffable from beginning to end.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at Sheffields. Poured a cloudy gold with an off-white head. Aroma was a bit underwhelming but notes of hops, flower, fruits and malts present. Flavor began a bit fruity and then built to a malty finish. Hops were underlying throughout but lacked the bitterness,

1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
BOTTLE: cloudy yellow pour, smells like a musty dish towel. Tastes about the same - lemon and saffron, just didnít enjoy this at all.

Nice phallic label art! I wasnít sure what to make of this beer. Is it trying to be a witbier? It is quite spicy with some ginger, coriander and citrus notes, but the malty sweetness comes over the top and kills it. I didnít hate it, but I donít think Iíd go back for more.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap. Pours a golden/ blond cloudy with a thin white head. Fruity and spicy. Good presence of citrus, little orange peel and a nice extra bite with the use of spices such as ginger. Smooth and a really good balance between fruits and herbs/spices.
Very refreshing and pleasing brew.
