Bottle... Hazy yellow lager with a small, frothy, white head. The nose presents winter and spring spices... cinnamon, nutmeg and lavender; also a healthy measure of cereal grains and biscuit malt. Full-bodied with spritzy carbonation. Fruity, sweet, spicy and lightly acidic. Finishes spicy-sweet and tangy. An odd bird, but not altogether bad. Why brew it? I have no idea, but creativity rocks!

Bottle. Extremely strong clove and wheat malt aroma. Pale yellow color with small head. Strong clove, cinnamon and wheat malt flavor. Okay - very spicy.

650 ml bottle. Jasper, AB, Canada.
Hazy orange colour with small off-white head. Mint (toothpaste), herbs, malt, some spices and some toffee sweetness in aroma. Spices, mint, herbs, malt, pepper, subdued bitter hops and some toffee sweetness in flavour. Quite interesting brew allthough the toothpaste in aroma and flavour causes some mixed feelings.

Tap at Sheffields. Poured a cloudy gold with an off-white head. Aroma was a bit underwhelming but notes of hops, flower, fruits and malts present. Flavor began a bit fruity and then built to a malty finish. Hops were underlying throughout but lacked the bitterness,

This is a decent wit, and I enjoy both the name and the label right off the bat. The pour is hazy golden with 2-finger white head. Nose is orange zest, white pepper, hops, pale malt. Flavor is orange zesty, limey, with white pepper, hops, and pale malt. Very smooth and quaffable from beginning to end.

"Oddly spiced and lightly hopped...not my idea of a good time. Very mellow citrus hops and an odd combo of ginger, herbs and generic tasting sweet malt. Blah..."

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is wheat and clove. Medium mouthfel with a light citrus and wheat flavor with light spice finish. A decent spice brew from coney island.

BOTTLE: cloudy yellow pour, smells like a musty dish towel. Tastes about the same - lemon and saffron, just didn’t enjoy this at all.

Very cloudy yellow beer with a thick white head. Lots of suspended sediment. Aroma is light and lemony with a very interesting combination of spices. Cinnamon, clove, coriander and ginger in a soft bready malt base. Sort of like a combination of winter ale and Belgian wit. Yeast is pretty clean letting the spices come through. As it warms the ginger really picks up. Completely unique brew.
