COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry hopped American Rye Pilsener. Obey the siren song of the mythological Coney Island Mermaid. Four spicy hops flow into seven golden malts. Perfect as a momentary distraction, or equally enchanting as a parade towards deeper delights. When beer tastes this good, and you donít have scurvy, you donít need a lime!

Hazy golden beer with a white head. Aromas of grassy hops, and some toasted scents. Tastes of grassy/floral hops, some hints of toffee, light caramel, and toasted grains. Finishes on a slightly bitter hop note. Toasted, grainy, and a bit watery. Very smooth, and quite refreshing. A flavorful pilsener, I like it.

12oz bottle - Itís been hit or miss with this Coney Island line-up of beers. Some have been nice, others....forgettable. This was pretty nice, easy to drink, freshing w/o having to think too hard if you like it or not. Earthy/wet leaves aroma which I attribute to some use of noble hops, a little corn, apple juice, some light hay. Flavor carries some light-medium sweetness for a pilsner, bready malts, a touch of floral hops and just a bit of cornyness in there, but do-able. Looks great in my Duvel glass, big fluffy head with slow dissipation, decent lacing, bright body. You could do much, much worse. A little bit pricey for $9.00 a sixer.

Bottle to pint shaker. Pours a clear yellow, with sparse white head that dissipates. Strong citrus scents. Good malt backbone, and lemon like hop flavors. Not bad.

Clear yellow with minimal white head. I was immediately taken aback, in a good way, by the strong hop presence. Noble hops throughout with a clean malt/grain palate and crisp finish.

Pint from Fish in the West Village. Wicked hoppy for a pilsner. Drink with oysters. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draft. No aroma. Sudsy lace. Flavor is under-hopped, a blast of spicy rye malts and then a dissolve. Average.

Bottle. Pale yellow with small white foamy head that dissipates quickly, hops aroma, crisp sweetish taste, high carbonation, abrupt finish. Not bad for a pilsner.

Bottle pour. Clear straw yellow. Plush white head. Aroma is bready, with some lemon hoppiness. Medium body. Taste follows the perfume. Grassy on the finish. Active carbonation. Crisp. Enjoyed

Clear golden color , medium white head. Aroma of malt and grass. Malty taste with medium hoppy notes and moderate bitterness. Light body , low carbonation. Normal pilsener.

On tap at Off the Wagon in NYC. Got nothing on the aroma. Golden yellow with a head that quickly fades. Taste is citrus and hops. Simple flavor. But very drinkable for as hoppy as it is.

On tap at Dan's. The pour is a clear yellowish with a nice white head that fades down slowly. The aroma is pretty citrusy. There is a little bit of a malt character and a good floral note on the back end. The flavor is very similar. I like the floral nature mixed in with the good hop character. The mouthfeel is thin, but there is a good carbonation and a sweet, hoppy aftertaste that helps out pretty good. I like it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
