COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry hopped American Rye Pilsener. Obey the siren song of the mythological Coney Island Mermaid. Four spicy hops flow into seven golden malts. Perfect as a momentary distraction, or equally enchanting as a parade towards deeper delights. When beer tastes this good, and you don’t have scurvy, you don’t need a lime!

A mid gold coloured beer with a weak white head. A light lemony hop aroma with a background in of light malt. Dry mouthfeel. The taste starts off with a light refreshing lemony flavour, with a hint of floral hop, this is then followed by a smooth, cereal malt flavour that sweetens the taste to a light and well balanced finish. Draught @ The 3 Monkeys, New York.

Bottle in Brooklyn-- Pours clear yellow with thin white head. Nose is citrus and flower. Aromas are biscuit, citrus, white flower, peach. Average carbonation, light body. Medium dry bitter finish. Reminds me more a pale ale than a pils, but whatever, it's good and refreshing! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle the expires July 2015. Yellow, heady pour. Great clarity. Toasted biscuit and sweet malts on the nose but everything tends to be downplayed and subtle. Grassy hops. And yes even a slight crab apple thing. Light body. Good sweet malt notes at first in the taste and a mildly bitter, dry finish like a good Pilsener should be. Easy to drink.

BOTTLE 12 OZ. Clear golden, white frothy head. Strong citrus hops nose - orange and lemon, some honey sweetness and a hint of white bread. The taste is mostly dry with a touch of honey and a clean dry bitter finish. A very american-style pilsner.

Pours cleat golden with a half finger white head with nice lacing. Aroma is pils malts, grassy hops, pine, rye, and bready malts. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a slightly dry, semi bitter, medium finish. Overall, a pretty nice pils.

12oz bottle pours a clear golden with a large white head. Stale sweet malt and grain with stale mish mash orange citrus hop. Taste of dry hop bitterness, fruity, slight rye with the bitterness, sweet malt. Misses the mark as Pils in a few spots, not a bad hopped pale though.
