COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry hopped American Rye Pilsener. Obey the siren song of the mythological Coney Island Mermaid. Four spicy hops flow into seven golden malts. Perfect as a momentary distraction, or equally enchanting as a parade towards deeper delights. When beer tastes this good, and you don’t have scurvy, you don’t need a lime!

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2010 Bottle of Chosen Spot. Pale golden pour with a massive sticky white head. The nose is really great. Big, bright clean rye spiciness with a load of lemony, zesty Saaz hops. A bit of amarillo fruitiness and even a touch of mintiness as well. Very, very fragrant with all of the lemony spicy hoppiness. Lingering spicy bitterness on the finish. This beer is really damn good. A rock solid take on the pilsner style. I really enjoyed this. Tap at Rattle N Hum. Crystal clear golden pour. Thick white head. Aroma is nice... light crackery malts with a soft herbal hoppy note. Fairly floral and fresh tasting. Soft hoppy bitterness with a lingering floral note. It’s definitely got enough hops to notice them in there. Moderate bitterness. Good balance. Nice and clean with a firm bitter finish. Nice summer quaffer. 7 3 7 3 13

Sampled from the bottle at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy light amber color with a medium frothy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel malts, noble hops with some citrus, and an almost tea-like note. Taste is grassy hops, caramel malts, citrus and the same tea notes. Medium bodied. Decent beer.
