COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry hopped American Rye Pilsener. Obey the siren song of the mythological Coney Island Mermaid. Four spicy hops flow into seven golden malts. Perfect as a momentary distraction, or equally enchanting as a parade towards deeper delights. When beer tastes this good, and you donít have scurvy, you donít need a lime!

bottle listed as 5.5%. Pours an orange gold with nice frothy white head. Aroma is lightly spicy, with rye notes, cayenne pepper, biscuit like malt, cajun. Flavor is spicy hops, not much malt, with a bitterness on the finish I find a bit astringent. Not bad, but wonít be back. Probably better on draft.

Pours a light golden colors with a medium sized white foamy head. Smells of spice and fruit. Taste is similar with a bit of sweetness and very slight skunk.

On tap at Dan's. The pour is a clear yellowish with a nice white head that fades down slowly. The aroma is pretty citrusy. There is a little bit of a malt character and a good floral note on the back end. The flavor is very similar. I like the floral nature mixed in with the good hop character. The mouthfeel is thin, but there is a good carbonation and a sweet, hoppy aftertaste that helps out pretty good. I like it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear golden color. Aroma of grain, dough and caramel. Flavor is grain and grass. Very clean and smooth. Very refreshing. One of the best Pilseners I have tasted and I donít like pilseners! This has a bit more hops and character than others.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours clear gold with white head. Taste zesty hops, floral, slightly sweet. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy golden beer with a white head. Aromas of grassy hops, and some toasted scents. Tastes of grassy/floral hops, some hints of toffee, light caramel, and toasted grains. Finishes on a slightly bitter hop note. Toasted, grainy, and a bit watery. Very smooth, and quite refreshing. A flavorful pilsener, I like it.

Clear yellow with minimal white head. I was immediately taken aback, in a good way, by the strong hop presence. Noble hops throughout with a clean malt/grain palate and crisp finish.

Pours a light gold. Has a faint grain aroma. A grain, grass, citrus, and malty taste. A dry feel.

12oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. Clear deep golden color with a small white head. Bready aroma, with some biscuits, grassy hops and root veggies and faint citrus. clean toasted maltiness, with nice bitterness and some grain notes. Medium bodied, pretty balanced and dry. Feels more like a Vienna, but good anyway.

12 oz bottle from the sampler case. Liked the label a whole lot but was somewhat disappointed overall. Nothing here is outstanding outside of a nice crisp taste on the nose and finish. Sure hope the rest of the sampler case is better.
