COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry hopped American Rye Pilsener. Obey the siren song of the mythological Coney Island Mermaid. Four spicy hops flow into seven golden malts. Perfect as a momentary distraction, or equally enchanting as a parade towards deeper delights. When beer tastes this good, and you donít have scurvy, you donít need a lime!

Tap @ OTH. Pours golden, white head. Aroma, smells like wort, lots of grain and malt goodness. Flavor, load of rye?, really nothing I would expect fro a pilsner, plenty of malts quickly followed by some citrus hops and light spicy mouthfeel. Profile retain a mild caramel malt approach with a nice clean finish.

On tap at the Brass Tap in Wesley Chapel, FL. Pours up deep gold with off white head. The aroma is fresh grains, toffee and spiciness. The taste begins and continues with yummy spices, rye and then picking up malty grains, toffee and then a mix of caramel malts and lager-y yeast creating a butterscotch type feel.

Draft. Pours gold with a while head. Light malty aroma with some nice grassy hop notes. The flavor is well balanced, but on the bland side. Hop notes are lighter in the flavor than on the nose. Not bad.

On tap (2009) in a pint glass. Aroma is malty and the flavor is sweet malt with a grassy dryness that lingers. The body is a little much for me, but overall itís a decent brew.

On tap at Rattle N Hum
Appearance: pale golden brew with mid top. 3-
Nose: Aromatic , light floral nose , sweet feel , pleasant with citric touch. 6+
Flavor/Palate : Soft base with rougher frontal citric bitterness. Hop character felt bit miss paired to malt. Perhaps it was to thin. I can see what they tried to accomplish, not a bad idea but for that you need rounder soft malts as base.
