COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry hopped American Rye Pilsener. Obey the siren song of the mythological Coney Island Mermaid. Four spicy hops flow into seven golden malts. Perfect as a momentary distraction, or equally enchanting as a parade towards deeper delights. When beer tastes this good, and you donít have scurvy, you donít need a lime!

12 oz bottle. Surprisingly good pilsner. Light hops on the nose, but a nice hop bite and a clean finish. Well crafted, tasty. I donít have anything else to say.

Pours cloudy gold with good effervescence & pillowy white head. Medium basement & hay aromas; medium-bodied with grain and hay flavors & malty ovetones but good effervesence. Nice balance, good finish. Not as crisp as some pilsners, but thatís probably why I like it.

355ml bottle. Another great colourful label that catches your eye straight up. Looks pretty solid when poured and carries a sliver of white foam and a hazy gold colour. Earthy aromas with a hint of spice and the flavour is not too bad for a pilsener. Musky and perfumey and dry in the mouth.

Bottle from the Coney Island variety pack. The beer pours a clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is bread and grass, with a strong amount of pilsner malt thrown in. The flavor is similar with a ton of lighter malts and a little bit of grass. The bitterness is fairly low and the beer is very easy to drink and quite refreshing. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Spicy grains and a hint of yeast in the aroma. The flavor is mildly spicy grains/malts, a hint of yeast and some hops in the finish.

Bottle pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Scent is malty, musty and bready. Taste is grassy, bready and hoppy.

Proper glassware courtesy of Oblivion Taproom. Fuggin. Toasted rye is well integrated into the aroma, with hints of lemon and hops. The taste was light and crisp, some caramel and pineapple tickle the senses while fresh hops fill the mouth with a light dryness. The finish is dry as well, but the rye makes it much more enjoyable.

Bottle. Beer of the month club. Pours clear-to-hazy amber with white ring. American hop aroma, a little tropical fruit and a little grass. Fresh, fruity bitterness. Light body, highly carbonated, somewhat grassy finish. Great, but I wouldíve never guessed itís a pilsener.

On tap at Dan's. The pour is a clear yellowish with a nice white head that fades down slowly. The aroma is pretty citrusy. There is a little bit of a malt character and a good floral note on the back end. The flavor is very similar. I like the floral nature mixed in with the good hop character. The mouthfeel is thin, but there is a good carbonation and a sweet, hoppy aftertaste that helps out pretty good. I like it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Rattle n Hum: Clear golden pour with a dense white film that retains fairly well. Fresh aroma- zesty saaz with a grassy noble character with an underlying dry crackery pils base. Nice smooth carbonation with a decent hop presence. Biscuity/crackery- very clean overall with a moderate noble hop peppery bitter finish. A solid pils.
