This stuff is soo drinkable, slightly sweet and a bit less bitter than bottled bluebird. Very good session with this one.

Golden coloured and bitter on the palate. Very hoppy dry finish.
2. Cask Handpump at the Marble Beer House, Chorlton 03/07/2004
Golden coloured and hoppy with some citrus aroma. Smooth crisp malt finish.

Cask gravity, ’All Creatures Great and Small’ festival, The Merchant Inn, Drugby. Pale and lace-speckled measure straight out of the cellar. Burton egg nose easing into fresh grassy hop, lovely spike of fresh pilsy bitterness from the Challenger in the mouth; grass, lemon, more sulphur. All wrapped up in a lingering crakerbread and pale biscuity maltiness. A bit TT, a bit Pilsner Urquell. Balance, condition and Big big flavour at 3.6%.

from the keg at the gingerman nyc. cracker flavored initial flavor of sweetness and mild fruit with a bitter and somewhat biscuit palate that enters onto the buds with a mild bitter and tongue desensitizing hop prescence that is layered to make the experience soothing. a tricky little number i have been waiting on. demonstrative.

Cask @ Dilly Deli: Pours a slightly hazy rusty golden color with a fluffy off white head. Aroma, pale bready malts, some floral notes. Flavor, smooth, with some grainy malts, spicy and floral hop notes, a little nutty quality to it. Very smooth and easy to drink.

On tap at the Map Room. Pretty orange color with lasting, thin white head. Very fruity bitter with lots of apples and pears. Light hop finish. Very chuggable.

On tap at the Ship Inn. Clear orange with no real head. Fruity aroma. Flavor of light carmel and hops. Light and refreshing, bitter finish. This is a nice session brew.

Draft at the Map Room in Chicago. Amber hue with a small off-white head, no lacing. Hints of strawberry, pine, dough, and roasted malt in the aroma. Good balance, slighty hoppier than most. dry and lively mouthfeel. Above average session ale, recommended.

Hand pull - deep golden color with quickly dissipating off-white head. Not much aroma. Fairly mildly bitter. Clean with spicy hops. Nice creamy mouthfeel.
