3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Capa (1905) - Manama, BAHRAIN - JUN 11, 2012
Light orange gold with fizzy carbonation. Aroma is sweet fruits and light zesty spice. Flavor has a touch of sweet fruits, light earthy/fruity hops. A bit of toasted malt. A little bland. I prefer the regular Bluebird.

Bottled 500ml. -from Presporska Pivoteka ie Cafe Luxor, Bratislava. Golden coloured, small white head, very fruity nose. Moderate malty, fruity and pleasant hoppy taste with hint of alcohol in the finish. Not bad but expected better one.

50 cl bottle, thanks Pelle from The Rover!
Named Bluebird Bitter Premium XB. Labeled 4.4% ABV.
Clear pale golden color, fluffy white head. Sweet grapefruit and hoppy apricot scent. Sweet malty and hoppy taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Marko (3614) - Split, CROATIA - MAY 8, 2012
I approached this with trepidation after the failure that was the regular bottled Bluebird Bitter... It poured a clear, maybe just slightly hazy golden body with a small head. Aroma hops dominate the nose, but somehow fail to impress. Appley, sweet dry empty taste, somewhat bready, soft maltiness, slightly bitter from the hopiness in the end. Well, not bad in general, only way too subdued.
3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 IlBevitorediLA (451) - ITALY - MAR 10, 2012

50cl bottle: Bright golden colour with a thin head. Remarkably clear for a beer that’s been bottle conditioned. Delicate spicy, minty hop aroma with a sweet honey maltiness. A little creamy on the palate at first, then noticeable but balanced spicy hops, leading to a moderately dry finish. Lovely beer!
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 Drake (6507) - Ivy, Virginia, USA - DEC 20, 2011
500 mL bottle from Beer Run. Pours a murky amber with a thin fizzy tan head that fades quickly. Not much for looks. Aroma of tart malts, cherries, caramel, tea, funk. The taste is caramel, toffee, tart malts and a leafy hop finish. Medium bodied. Some pretty serious infection notes. Very disappointing, especially since I loved the regular version so much.
2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 ElDesmadre (944) - Mikołów, POLAND - DEC 9, 2011
Bottle. Golden with a small head. Aroma is malt, toffee, pine, grapefruit and some mango, albeit lacking in depth. Taste is balanced but also quite tame and watery. Malty with toffee, hop aroma is only medium, bitterness is disappointingly low. Negligible amount of aftertaste. Nice idea for a beer but poorly executed.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20 Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 5, 2011
In bottle. Pours a light golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma of bubblegum, pine, caramel and passion fruit. Flavours of bubblegum and passion fruit again with some yeast also. A little dry and thin. Nice chewy mouth-feel. Moderate carbonation and CO2 prickle.

Unclear golden color with a white head. An aroma of hay, smoke, sweets and bitter. A flavor of malt, grainy, bitter and bread.
